Community of "Facilitators of Transformation"
Since 2015, we have been creating a community of "Facilitators of Transformation" who can deliver our Values and Purpose methodology around the world. These practitioners include client leaders and independent consultants, many of whom we collaboration with on larger client projects. We have a shared vision of expanding consciousness on the planet.
We have an online community platform, run monthly masterclasses, summits and offer a place of learning, connection and collaboration.

Our Collaborations
Barrett Values Centre is an organisation with the Barrett Model at the core, to provide powerful analytics and insight into the Values being lived at an individual and collective level.
The diagnostics tools are foundational to our Culture Change programs and provide emergent dialogues within the systems that we work.
Since 2005, we have been a collaboration partner with Barrett Values Centre (BVC), as a Trainer and Thought Partner with the organisation.
Lisa Doig and Renu Burr are both Barrett-certified trainers, allowing us to accredit future Barrett practitioners in the tools.
Since 2016, we have been a collaboration partner on their Parliamentarian Leadership Program, "Next Leadership", bringing our Values and Purpose methodology to Australian Parliamentarians. Over 8% of Federal and State MPs have now participated in the program.
