Linda has over 25 years of leadership expertise in business transformation and change management. She is a trusted coach, consultant, mentor and advisor to senior leaders and executive teams across private, public, and the not-for-profit sectors.
She has worked extensively with leadership teams in global mining companies and professional services firms – helping them to grow and evolve through the lens of their values and connection to Purpose. Before establishing her own successful business in 2014, Linda held a senior leadership role as the Practice Lead for People, Performance, and Culture at a global consulting firm in Australia.
She is passionate about helping leaders to lead their teams through complex and challenging change initiatives and specializes in culture change.
