"Seeing the Perfection" Coaching Accreditation is for graduates of the Illuminate: Facilitating Deep Transformation program. This is the advanced coaching process, assisting a coachee to "collapse" a life experience, connecting with their Highest Self and who they have Become, serving their greatest Purpose.

Session 1: 15th September - full day in London, UK

Session 2: Online masterclass - 3.5 hours

Coaching Supervision: 1:1 Supervision of one of your client STP coachings

Transforming Self Program

Leadership Development

Our globally renowned values and purpose-based leadership development program has been developed to help leaders re-frame their biggest challenges as growth opportunities and to step into their highest Purpose.

We offer some of our programs to the public for those who either wish to embark on personal leadership transformation outside of their organisation, or for facilitators and coaches to develop to be a “Facilitator of Transformation”.

LEADERSHIP 1

To create a thriving place for all people to be in their fullest potential, it all starts with the leaders ability to be self-aware, and create psychologically safe and inspiring places of work. We use what we believe is the most comprehensive leadership competency tools to help our leaders understand what their strengths and areas for improvement are. By deep diving on where their opportunities for growth is, leaders are able to have a clearer perspective of.

We offer our flagship transformational leadership course, Transforming Self, for any leaders to attend on a regular basis throughout the year.

Living Your Purpose

LEADERSHIP 2

After emerging your Purpose in Transforming Self, this is the opportunity to bring it to life. In this six-month group coaching program, we follow the Values and Purpose coaching practice through every challenge so that you can reach your goals sooner, and start to manifest your Purpose. These coaching programs are organised based on groups of 4- 8 registering. Please be in contact if you'd like to join a group.
