"Living my Values" Coaching Circles

The coaching process takes coachees through a systematic and reflective approach to truly live one's Values and Purpose.

What our clients have told us is the unique value of the Coaching Circle is the safe space that is created to be accountable to one's goals and being supported and challenged to step into their highest possibility.

To be eligible for a coaching circle group, participants must have completed Transforming Self or attended our Summit.

We offer some of our programs to the public for those who either wish to embark on personal leadership transformation outside of their organisation, or for facilitators and coaches to develop to be a “Facilitator of Transformation”.

To create a thriving place for all people to be in their fullest potential, it all starts with the leaders ability to be self-aware, and create psychologically safe and inspiring places of work. We use what we believe is the most comprehensive leadership competency tools to help our leaders understand what their strengths and areas for improvement are. By deep diving on where their opportunities for growth is, leaders are able to have a clearer perspective of.

LEADERSHIP 2

After emerging your Purpose in Transforming Self, this is the opportunity to bring it to life. In this six-month group coaching program, we follow the Values and Purpose coaching practice through every challenge so that you can reach your goals sooner, and start to manifest your Purpose.
