We invited Amy Elizabeth Fox, CEO of Mobius Leadership, to share with our community and facilitators a potential next pathway in your development as a Facilitator of Transformation, as she and Thomas Huebl offer the Trauma-informed Coaching and Facilitation. We believe their work complements what you have experienced in Illuminate and offers you an additional array of Being and Presencing capabilities, being able to work with your clients at a trauma level.  Several of our Illuminate graduates have been on their program and speak highly of it.

Amy Elizabeth Fox has been leading immersive transformational groups with senior leaders for the last twenty years. In this session she shares principles on which her process work is based and we will have a chance to reflect on them together. The principles capture how you work with emergence, move from coaching the group to working with an individual, host a mystical field and move through the arc of building coherence, safety, stillness, intimacy and alchemy in group work. Amy's work is informed by her leadership of Mobius trauma-informed sessions as well as her long collaboration with Thomas Huebl and her study with Lynda Caesara, Shai Tubali and Patrick Connor.
