If cancellation is received 11-20 business days before 9am on the first day of the workshop, 50% cancellation fee will be incurred. If cancellation is received 10 days or less, there will be no refund. Participant names may be changed at any time if selection is approved by CE.
If CE cancels the FTV program through no fault of the Participant, the Participant will be informed by email or phone and any monies paid by the Participant will be refunded in full within 10 business days of the cancellation.
If CE cancels the FTV program in advance CE will not be liable for any expenses paid in advance by the Participant (Flights/Accommodation).
