Developed by Richard Barrett of the Barrett Values Centre, The Culture Assessments are one of the most detailed and comprehensive cultural diagnostics and values assessment instruments commercially available, to leaders, consultants, and coaches.

BVC provides powerful metrics that enable leaders to measure and manage the cultures of their organizations, and the leadership development needs of their managers and leaders. 
These surveys have been used to map the values of over 6,000 organisations and 3,000 leaders in 90 countries. There are over 5,000 accredited practitioners of the tools.

The certification programs of Barrett Values Centre are comprised of blended-learning solutions, providing in-depth training on the Barrett Model and how to administer, analyse and work with the survey assessments to support, measure and monitor leadership and organisational culture development.
This 4 half-day training is for external or internal consultants, change agents and human resource managers to learn how to use culture assessments for any group of any size whether an organization, team, NFP, community, school, etc. Participants are involved in lectures, hands-on exercises, discussion, and group activities.
At the end of the training and after being awarded certification, you are entitled to one free Small Group Assessment with up to 20 IVAs, valued at $1800.

This 4 half-day training is for coaches, consultants, and human resource managers who work in the field of leadership development, talent management, and individual coaching.  These assessments are designed to coach and work with others at a transformational level.  The range of assessments addresses leaders from the C-Suite to up-and-coming new managers.  Participants are involved in lectures, hands-on exercises, discussion, and group activities.
At the end of the training and after being awarded certification, you are entitled to one free Leadership Development Report valued at $250.
