Tim specialises in working with organisations to transform leadership impact, build executive team performance and achieve alignment on strategy
Tim has been facilitating leadership and team development programs for 15 years with a particular focus on teams working under extreme pressure and challenging circumstances in diverse global contexts
In addition to coaching leaders and teams through developmental change, he has hands-on experience leading teams in remote and high-risk environments including Nepal, Libya, Papua New Guinea and Antarctica, giving Tim a unique insight into individual and team performance under pressure as well as the difficulties of leadership in demanding situations.
Tim has applied this experience to a variety of organisations including the Asian Games Organising Committee in Qatar, ExxonMobil in Libya and Pernod Ricard in New Zealand. Tim continues to maintain his involvement in leading teams in Antarctica.
