Nicolai is a very dedicated, passionate and visionary person with a strong purpose of serving transformation in individuals, teams and organisations. Nicolai has a vast leadership and facilitation experience from the last 30 years. He has been an officer in the Danish Special Forces, where he was taught to operate under very extreme conditions. He has been a business owner for over 25 years knowing most aspects of business leadership and operations. He has been the leader of a professional sports team that participated in the worlds toughest endurance races. He is one of Denmark’s leading keynote speakers and transformational facilitators.
Nicolai founded the educational organisation True North in 2007, which has trained over 35.000 teenagers in their ability to navigate their own personal leadership. The organisation has also trained thousands of teachers and school leaders to become stronger educators. In 2013 he founded True North School, which in 2016 became Denmark's first Ashoka Changemaker School.
Nicolai has been a partner in Scandinavia´s biggest management consulting company, Implement. His specialty was training leaders and teams in personal and team transformation. Nicolai was also and in-house trainer for new and experienced consultants.
