Claire Goodson brings over 25 years of international experience in a wide range of senior management positions, mainly in the public sector, in England, Scotland and Australia, providing leadership to up to 1100 staff. She has been a member of three Executive Teams, successfully designing and delivering a number of key initiatives to improve business effectiveness and maximise human potential. She now brings this extensive experience to her role as a consultant and executive coach, helping senior leaders within organisations to develop new insights in order to shape their desired future.

Felicity has worked as a project consultant and facilitator in both the public and private sectors including McKinsey and Co, Westpac, Ernst & Young, NAB, AAPT, BOC, NSW Health Services, TAFE NSW, the Smith Family and Railcorp.
