Claire Goodson

Claire Goodson brings over 25 years of international experience in a wide range of senior management positions, mainly in the public sector, in England, Scotland and Australia, providing leadership to up to 1100 staff.  She has been a member of three Executive Teams, successfully designing and delivering a number of key initiatives to improve business effectiveness and maximise human potential. She now brings this extensive experience to her role as a consultant and executive coach, helping senior leaders within organisations to develop new insights in order to shape their desired future.

  • Facilitation of cultural transformation workshops in Australia, South America, Asia, Europe and South Africa. Experience includes workshops for partners in leading professional services firms; senior managers in the banking sector, middle managers in a resources company and front line coal mine workers. Experience also includes design of workshops and coaching for McKinsey personnel.
  • Facilitator for 5-day residential workshop component of the BHP Billiton global graduate development program, designed by the School. The program went on to win the Australia Association of Graduate Employers award for Best Graduate Development Program.
  • Executive coaching assignments including senior personnel at Rio Tinto in Perth.
  • Design of leadership effectiveness program for Perth partnership group of a leading national law firm. Coached 3 partners one-on-one, including senior partner. Alsocoached a number of high potentials within the office, in preparation for partnership.

Felicity Waterford

Felicity is a member of McKinsey & Company's global network of facilitators of transformation, working with McKinsey clients globally. She  has extensive experience in executive coaching, facilitation, leadership development and project management. Felicity engages people at all levels of business to understand their own motivation and develop their passion for their work and personal endeavours. Her experience in a wide range of industries translates to the ability to speak to audiences of equally varied backgrounds.

Felicity has worked as a project consultant and facilitator in both the public and private sectors including McKinsey and Co, Westpac, Ernst & Young, NAB, AAPT, BOC, NSW Health Services, TAFE NSW, the Smith Family and Railcorp. She was also engaged from 2001 to 2008 by McKinsey & Co to conduct leading edge leadership programs for multinational and leading Australian professional services firms including ANZ, Telstra, PwC and CBA. 

With groups ranging in size from 5 to 300, Felicity offers exceptional skills and experience in group facilitation, large audience presentations and one-on-one coaching across leadership, management and communication disciplines.
