Helen Jane Nelson, Founder and Director of Cecara Consulting, is a world recognised expert on whole systems change for cultural transformation. She has 17 years experience of managing and leading individuals, teams and organisations to sustainable business performance. Initially a lender in Corporate Banker and then roles in marketing, sales and strategy development at Board level with global organisations. She works with multicultural Leadership Teams on a global basis and specialises in Cultural Transformation, Leadership Development, Sustainable Change and Executive Coaching. She is a qualified practitioner of key integral methodologies which she applies for whole system sustainable change with clients.

Helen-Jane is the invited facilitator of the global 'Whole Systems Change Summit' where methodology generators and change practitioners meet to share ideas, best practices and experiences. The purpose of this sharing is to develop an integrated methodological framework to support whole system change in individuals, organisations, government agencies and nations. In addition to Cecara Consulting, she is also the co-founder of Be The Change.

Marty brings more than 25 years of global experience as a senior manager and consultant in leadership/professional development, coaching, strategic communications, interpersonal dynamics, organizational development, and workshop design/facilitation. He serves as the Founder and Managing Director of The WIT Group (What it Takes), based in Cleveland, Ohio, focusing on leadership development programs, executive coaching for individuals and team coaching, primarily around issues of team effectiveness, alignment and collective leadership.

Andrea Borman Winter brings over seventeen years facilitation and executive coaching experience to C-suite, senior and middle executives from a variety of organizations in South Africa, Europe, the Middle East and the Americas. She is an experienced group facilitator, develops leaders as coaches; and develops facilitators. Andrea's distinctive expertise lies in working with leaders and leadership teams to enhance their capacity for insight, choice and action around their most difficult issues. Having lived and worked in Africa, Europe, Australia and the United States, she has a good understanding of what it takes to be successful in an international, multi cultural environment.

Andrea is a member of McKinsey & Company's global network of transformational facilitators. She designs, facilitates and coaches McKinsey clients and consultants globally. She has designed and facilitated culture change programs for clients in the finance, mining and oil & gas industries in Southern Africa, in the finance, chemicals and construction industries in the US, and in manufacturing in Europe.

 Her  client clients include the UN Secretariat, The International Monetary Fund, Standard Bank (largest bank in South Africa) and Lane Construction.

Andrea's previous experience was as Program Director of Corporate Customized Skills at a top business school in South Africa where she consulted, designed and facilitated in company leadership programs as well as leading the MBA elective on executive coaching. Prior to this, as senior consultant with Gemini Consulting, she focused on the areas of marketing and strategy in the FMCG and telecommunications industries in the United Kingdom and er of years as a strategist and account manager in the Advertising industry in South Africa and the USA.
