Our Leading Through Values and Purpose program is the personal leadership part of our flagship “High Performance Team” 9-month program that we run for our corporate clients across sectors including financial, mining, oil and gas, construction, engineering, logistics and professional services organisations.
This course is especially valuable for our coaching clients who can jump start their personal development at an accelerated rate.
An optional component of this course is a 360 degree feedback survey and debrief prior to the workshop session.

Corporate Evolution is the only WA Trainer of the Corporate Transformation Tools diagnostic developed by Barrett Values Centre in the UK/USA.
Corporate Evolution has been training new practitioners in the tool since 2004. We offer:
This course is currently offered 10-11 March 2016 – Perth (CTT Part 1).
The purpose of this program is to assist good facilitators to become great “transformational facilitators”.
A selection process enables attendance.
The program is a 15-day Forum-Field-Forum facilitator development program. It is based on the Barrett 7 Levels of Consciousness and Adult Stages of Development framework.
The program is focused on expanding one’s level of consciousness so that they can facilitate at least from Barrett Level 4 “Transformation”.
By the end of the program, participants will be able to deliver a 2-day leadership transformation program for senior teams called “Leading from Values and Purpose”. To become a “transformational faciliator”.
We focus on two areas:
